1. Introduction

Welcome to AutoGenius.

By accessing our website, booking our services, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

AutoGenius provides professional automobile advisory and inspection services including but not limited to:

  • New Car Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

  • Used Car Inspection

  • Pre-Owned Car Purchase Consultation

  • On-Call Consultation

  • Premium & Luxury Vehicle Inspection

  • Service History Assistance

  • Car Loan Assistance

All services are advisory in nature unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A booking amount may be required to confirm service appointments.

  • The remaining service fee shall be payable as communicated at the time of booking or service execution.

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

  • AutoGenius does not store complete debit/credit card details.

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, except where explicitly mentioned in the Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Legacy Client Adjustment

AutoGenius reserves the right to revise pricing structures from time to time based on service upgrades, operational costs, and market conditions.

For customers who previously booked services under older pricing structures:

  • Any amount paid earlier shall be treated as a credit toward the current applicable service fee.

  • The balance amount as per the prevailing pricing at the time of service execution shall be payable.

This ensures fair value alignment with our current service standards and systems.

5. Service Pause, Resumption & Transfer

  • Services booked with AutoGenius do not expire and may be availed at a future date at the customer’s convenience.

  • Customers may request to pause and resume services without penalty, subject to appointment availability.

  • A one-time service transfer to a friend or immediate family member is permitted upon written confirmation from the registered contact details.

  • AutoGenius reserves the right to review pause or transfer requests in cases of misuse or excessive rescheduling.

6. Inspection Scope & Limitation of Liability

  • Inspections are conducted based on visible, accessible, and non-invasive evaluation at the time of inspection.

  • AutoGenius does not dismantle vehicle components unless explicitly agreed.

  • Inspection reports represent professional expert opinion based on observable conditions at the time of inspection.

  • AutoGenius is not responsible for hidden defects, latent mechanical issues, or future failures not detectable during inspection.

  • The final purchase decision rests solely with the customer.

7. Consultation Disclaimer

AutoGenius provides professional advisory services based on experience, market knowledge, and technical evaluation.

Consultation reports and advice are not legal warranties or guarantees of future vehicle performance.

8. Loan Assistance Disclaimer

AutoGenius acts only as a facilitator between customers and partner banks/NBFCs.

Loan approvals, interest rates, and disbursement terms are solely at the discretion of the respective financial institution. AutoGenius shall not be liable for loan rejection or changes in terms.

9. Third-Party Coordination

AutoGenius may coordinate with dealerships, banks, or service providers on behalf of customers.

However, AutoGenius is not liable for:

  • Dealer delays

  • Pricing changes by manufacturers

  • Policy changes

  • Third-party service deficiencies

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, logos, text, reports, inspection formats, and media belong exclusively to AutoGenius.

Unauthorized reproduction or usage is strictly prohibited.

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to website systems

  • Use AutoGenius services for unlawful purposes

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

AutoGenius shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Modifications

AutoGenius reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
